If you are a new customer, we can begin sharing your information thirty (30) days from the date we sent this notice. When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice.

However, you can contact us at any time to limit our sharing.

●       Email unsubscribes come when users click an unsubscribe link received in a marketing email.

●       SMS opt out requests come when a user replies with the keyword STOP to our Marketing Shortcode number 726-432.

●       Push Notifications (aka app notifications) opt-in / opt-out preferences are managed in each user’s mobile phone settings.

Pangea does not engage in direct marketing via mail or outbound calls. Even if you limit direct marketing, we may still contact you to service your account or as otherwise allowed by law.
