Program Description: We will periodically send text messages to you with product updates, promotions and/or information (the “Program”). Messages are sent up to 30 times per month. You are not required to consent to receiving marketing texts as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services from us.
If you opt-in, we may send you advertisements or telemarketing messages and/or promotional offers to you using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice or SMS text message to the mobile phone number provided in your Account set up. We may also contact you to provide information regarding other financial or consumer products offered by Pangea or offered by others that we feel may interest you. How to Opt-In: You may opt-in to the Program when you create your account and agree to terms presented in the website and mobile application (including these Terms and Conditions).
How to Opt-Out: You may text “STOP” to 726432 to opt-out of receiving future text messages. You may also opt-out by texting “QUIT,” “END,” “CANCEL,” or “UNSUBSCRIBE.” Once you opt-out, we will send a single confirmation opt-out and will then cease sending you text messages from 726432 unless you opt-in again. Opting out of text messages from 726432 will not opt you out of other transactional text messages or calls you may have elected or will elect to receive from us.
Support/Help: In case of questions, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 866-858-9928. You may also text “HELP” to 726432 to receive a text message with our name (Pangea) and an email address and number to which you may direct questions.

Delivery: We do not guarantee that you will receive any text messages under the Program. Circumstances beyond our control, including network issues, may result in your not receiving our text message. Neither your carrier nor Pangea are liable for delayed or undelivered text messages.
Eligibility: The Program is intended for use by U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: We may revise, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when it is posted to our website. You agree to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes.
Program Termination: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of the Program, with or without notice.
