Terms and Conditions
By opting-in to the Program (as defined below), you agree to these Pangea’s Recurring Marketing Message Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and Pangea’s Privacy Policy.

Program Description: We will periodically send text messages and instant messages via third-party instant messaging applications to you with product updates, promotions and/or information (the “Program”). Messages are sent up to 30 times per month. You are not required to consent to receiving marketing messages via text or
third-party instant messaging applications as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services from us.

If you opt-in, we may send you advertisements or telemarketing messages and/or promotional offers using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice or SMS text message or a third-party instant messaging application to the mobile phone number provided in your Account set up. We may also contact you to provide information regarding other financial or consumer products offered by Pangea or offered by others that we feel may interest you. Carrier message and data rates may apply.

You agree that you own or are authorized to provide any mobile phone numbers you use to enroll in Pangea Services and/or establish an Account with Pangea. If you opt out of receiving marketing text messages or messages via a third-party instant messaging applications from Pangea, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as digital transaction receipts, notifications about your account, information that may impact your use of the Service and any changes in our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

How to Opt-In: You may opt-in to the Program when you create your account and agree to terms presented in the website and mobile application (including these Terms and Conditions). For instant messages via third-party instant messaging applications, you may opt-in by replying opt-in and selecting the relevant option.

How to Opt-Out of Recurring Marketing Text Messages: You may text “STOP” to 68548 to opt-out of receiving future text messages. You may also opt-out by texting “QUIT,” “END,” “CANCEL,” or “UNSUBSCRIBE.” Once you opt-out, we will cease sending you text messages from 68548 unless you opt-in again. Opting out of text messages from 68548 will not opt you out of other transactional text messages or calls you may have elected or will elect to receive from us.

How to Opt-Out of Recurring Marketing Instant Messages: You may reply “STOP” to Pangea’s account via the third party instant message application (e.g., WhatsApp) and select the relevant options depending on the type of messages you want to opt out from. Once you opt-out, we will send a single confirmation opt-out message via the third party instant messaging application and will then cease sending you the type of marketing messages you opted out from via the third party messaging application unless you opt-in again. Opting out of any type of instant messages via a third-party instant messaging application only opts you out of those types of messages via the application and not any other communication channels that you have with us

Delivery: We do not guarantee that you will receive any text messages via third-party instant messaging applications under the Program. Circumstances beyond our control, including network issues, may result in your not receiving our text or instant messages. Neither your carrier nor Pangea are liable for delayed or undelivered text messages.

Eligibility: The Program is intended for use by U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age and the receiver of their transaction through Pangea.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: We may revise, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when it is posted to our website. You agree to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes.

Program Termination: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of the Program, with or without notice.
