Bill Pay Terms

- Pangea uses Arcus Financial Intelligence, Inc. (“Arcus”), a software provider, to link Pangea’s services to external providers using credentials that you, the User, provide. Use of Pangea’s services constitutes your consent to authorize Pangea and Arcus to access external providers, using the information you provide, to retrieve, process, and store information held by such external providers. You grant Pangea and Arcus a limited power of attorney, and you hereby appoint Pangea your lawful attorney-in-fact, in all capacities, to use any information you provide in performing the above. You agree that Arcus may use anonymized and non-personally identifiable information obtained from such external providers for quality assurance, fraud prevention, statistical, and other purposes incidental to Arcus’s provision of services to Pangea.
- YOU AGREE THAT PANGEA OR ARCUS WILL ACT ON YOUR BEHALF, AS YOUR AGENT, TO ACCESS THIRD PARTY SITES USING INFORMATION THAT YOU PROVIDE.
- YOU AGREE THAT NEITHER PANGEA, NOR ARCUS, NOR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE PANGEA’S SERVICES. You furthermore agree to indemnify and hold Pangea, Arcus, and their respective affiliates harmless from any third party claims, damages, and costs caused by your use of Pangea’s services or your violation of these terms.
- CANCELLATION: Once a bill pay transaction has been processed and Arcus has sent funds to the beneficiary’s biller, the transaction cannot be canceled. While this usually happens within a few minutes, there may be a delay prior to the payment displaying on the beneficiary’s account with the biller.
- AVAILABILITY: Bill pay transactions are not available in all jurisdictions.
