The Eighteenth Street Development Corporation will kick off the summer festival season with its 7th annual Mole de Mayo Festival along 18th Street in Pilsen! Attendees can enjoy the many flavors of mole, a traditional Mexican sauce typically made of chili, nuts, chocolate, peppers, spices, and various seasonings.
